Data Spaces Symposium 2025: Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. Ticket Types:
    a. Single-Day Ticket: Grants access to one specific day (either 11th or 12th March 2025). A Single-Day Ticket does not grant access to the other day. 

    b. Combo Ticket: Grants access to both event days (11th and 12th March 2025). 
  1. Non-Transferability 
    Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. Only the individual named on the ticket will be granted access to the event. 
  1. No Name Changes 
    The name on the ticket cannot be changed under any circumstances, including errors made during the purchase process. 
  1. Non-Reimbursable Tickets 
    Tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or errors during the purchase. 
  1. Force Majeure 
    In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers’ control), tickets remain non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the event is rescheduled, cancelled, or transitioned to a virtual format. 
  1. Evening Events 
    Tickets for evening events associated with the symposium are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. 
  1. Proof of Identity 
    Attendees must present a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket to gain entry. 
  1. Proof of Payment 
    Access to the event is contingent upon providing proof of payment for the ticket. No attendee will be permitted entry without full payment made prior to the conference. 
  1. Personal Belongings 
    The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times. 
  1. Final Sale 
    All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
